Volunteers play a crucial role at the House of Hesed. They are the beloved people who fix our broken stuff, help us clean up, cook wonderful meals and snacks, go grocery shopping, run errands, take our residents out for coffee, or just hang out at the house.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer here at the house, you should know a few important things:

• One of the most important things you can do as a volunteer is building relationships with our residents
• You can`t catch HIV/AIDS through normal contact with someone
• We love our residents with unconditional love - the same way we are loved by Christ - No matter what their personal beliefs may be
