The House of Hesed continues to exist because of generous people, churches, and other organizations.
Although we receive minimal remuneration from the government for each of our residents, this only covers a rooming cost. In order to provide things like 24/7 staffing, pay for general utilities, taxes and insurance costs at the house or do necessary renovations and required maintenance, we rely principally on donations and grants.
There are several ways to help:

5. Give a gift card (Home Depot, Gasoline, Costco) - "gift if kind" issued for direct purchase of gift cards

- Stamps for mailing letters
- Printer paper and office supplies
- Light bulbs
- New pillows
- Personal grooming and hygiene products (shampoo, toothpaste/toothbrush, body lotion etc)
- Coffee, all kinds including Keurig and coffee beans
